Prepare for the destination before packing
Product, packaging and delivery agreements belong in the same export conversation.
Sending a collection to another market involves more than the finished garments. Confirm the recipient, address, product breakdown and transport plan early. Understand what information each party will need when the shipment is received.
Keep shipping information together
Bring the model, colour, size and carton contents into one agreed list. Do the carton identifiers fit the recipient’s workflow? Clarify delivery terms, documents and destination requirements with the responsible logistics or customs specialist.
Compare the final packing list with the approved order before dispatch. If the address or packing changes, update the relevant documents too. Prepare the plan for the particular shipment; arrangements for one market should not automatically be carried over to another.
