A physical sample helps a designer and manufacturer discuss the same result.
The same words can suggest different things. A relaxed fit, a soft fabric or a deep red may not mean the same garment to two people. Identifying that difference early makes the conversation more useful.
Connect feedback to the sample
Identify the area, the requested change and the reason for it. An annotated photograph, a recorded measurement or a physical reference communicates more than a broad description. Consolidate the comments and make their priorities clear.
After the meeting, separate approved decisions from open questions. Record the next action, its owner and the expected outcome. This moves the conversation from an appealing idea to the agreements needed to make it.
